2) Eligibility

• Anyone having links & Contacts in Textile Industry.
• Professionals worked or working in Textile Industry.
• Should have a UPI linked to bank Account.
• Should have a valid Pan Card. .

3) How to Earn?

If you have a customer who is willing to buy yarn, you will have to encourage him to buy yarns from www.yarnskart.com .

4)Process

• Enter your Pan no and UPI ID in the text box provided below
• Agree to our Terms and conditions Below
• Your earning Code will be generated Below
• Safely note down the unique code as it will not be provided again if you lose it.
• Provide the Yarn buyer with this Unique Code.
• Once yarn buyer enters this code while buying he will receive a discount.
• Once payment is done by buyer you will be entitled to get your commission.
• Commission rates are mentioned below.

5)Commission rate

You will be entitled to receive a commission of 0.20% of your total sales on per transaction basis.

6)Example

• Suppose Mr. A is a working professional in textile industry and knows the decision maker of XYZ Company who buys yarn.
• Mr. A convinces XYZ company to buy yarn of Rs.10 Lac through www.yarnskart.com
• Mr. A will have to provide his unique code to XYZ Company.
• Mr. A will receive a commission of Rs.2000 in his bank account.
• If Mr. A gives this code to 10 more buyers in same month, he will receive Rs.20, 000 in that month.
• If Mr. A has consistently provided buyer for 12 Months, he can earn up to Rs. 2.5 Lac/Year.
• Mr. A can add any number of buyers to his portfolio.
• Whereas XYZ Company will receive discount with the unique code provide by Mr. A.

7)Terms & Conditions

• Payment will be initiated in 10 days after buyer has successfully received his yarn.
• If buyer rejects the yarn due to any issue in such case commission will stay cancelled.
• We track the performance with the unique Code, in case if buyer did not enter the code while purchasing you will not be entitled for any commission.
• Commission will be provided if the purchase is done only through spinning mills and not through Yarn Traders.
• TDS will be deductable as per government policies.
• Release of funds will be at sole discretion of Metatex fashion Pvt. Ltd.
